who is redmaloo

redmaloo is created by designers katja hettler and jula tullmann. their award-winning, foldable laptop sleeve in traditional kimono fabrics was presented by the japanese label yonobi at the tokyo ambiente lifestyle fair 2005. katja hettler, industrial designer. katja was trained in barcelona, berlin and paris and has worked with the internationally acclaimed designers marc newson and christian biecher and the labels louis vuitton and celine. she is also co-founder of bureauparis, a collaborative paris based design firm of architects and designers. jula tullmann, architect. jula received her training in berlin and new york. she has worked in the architecture and design department at the museum of modern art in new york and gained experience with the architects canresources, maya lin and urban theorist michael sorkin. jula consulted with the italian architecture magazine domus on the development of its online platform.
